Investment Optimization: Collaborate with the Program Management teams & Opex Finance partner to evaluate current and planned investments. Recommend adjustments to align investments with business objectives and maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, marketing, commercial, finance, and other functions to align financial strategies with company-wide objectives. Drive clear communication and effective collaboration across teams.
Stakeholder Influence : Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, balancing competing priorities to achieve alignment on financial strategies and product roadmap goals.
Ad-Hoc Analysis : Lead financial modeling and analysis for special projects, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
AI Adoption : Leverage AI tools to drive productivity gains and sensitivity analyses to support decision making.
Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and mentor team members by reviewing deliverables, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
High financial acumen with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at using visuals to tell a compelling story and working across all levels of an organization.
Track record of motivating and managing results-oriented finance professionals, with a genuine interest in the career development of direct reports.
Advanced proficiency in modeling and financial analysis using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
High comfort with ambiguity, a proactive communication style, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Curious, high integrity, self-aware, and passionate about continuous process improvement and utilizing technology to automate workflows.
Knowledge of, or experience with, FP&A or accounting within consumer electronics, hardware, or software/SaaS companies
Experience with Anaplan or other financial planning software
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Analytics for Office (AO)
Experience using Tableau (data visualization tool), SQL
Experience working in a public company setting with exposure to working across multiple time zones
Familiarity with G-Suite products
