The Workday IT Financial Analyst serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support and optimize the organization's Workday Financials platform. This role is responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and ongoing enhancements that enable financial operations across the healthcare enterprise. Working under the Enterprise Applications leadership, this role will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support financial systems strategy, and ensure Workday solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of Workday, directly impacting employee experience, financial integrity, and operational efficiency. The Senior Application Analyst is a trusted technical advisor and a key contributor to enterprise digital initiatives Workday Financials System Support Configure, maintain, and support Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Grants, Projects). Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Troubleshoot issues and partner with technical teams to resolve system defects. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and operational leaders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Financial processes in a healthcare setting. Provide guidance on best practices for financial workflows and system utilization.
