Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support a strategic CRM transformation initiative, working alongside our external consultant and internal teams to assist in the delivery of Marketo - Salesforce integration solutions that enable seamless lead-to-sales handoff and standardized processes. This role also includes ongoing marketing operations support to ensure systems, processes, and tools function effectively across the organization. The position requires organizational discipline, and a commitment to enhancing sales effectiveness through reliable systems, process and data. Key Responsibilities and Impact: CRM Transformation Initiative: Support the collection and organization of business requirements for lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and Sales SLAs. Assist with workstream planning, maintain project schedules, and help document requirements and processes. Work with various stakeholders and participate as Subject Matter Expert and point person for the S&P DJI marketing team for tracking marketing campaigns in Salesforce.com, with integrations from Marketing Automation Platform. Work with CRM teams, Marketo administrators, Sales Operations, and consultants to track progress and identify blockers. Help create and organize process maps, SOPs, and governance documentation. Assist with test case development, UAT coordination, and tracking of issues and resolutions. Help coordinate training materials, track adoption metrics, and support post-launch enablement activities. Ongoing Marketing Operations: Support day-to-day marketing technology operations (Marketo, Salesforce, and related platforms). Assist with campaign setup, lead management, and data quality initiatives. Help maintain documentation and process standards for marketing systems. Support reporting and analytics activities to track marketing performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing operations requests and issues.
