Serve as your customer's advocate by deeply understanding their business model and position within the market, and converting this knowledge into successful engagements with TransUnion
Own the account planning process and determine the most strategic initiatives and priorities for your customers
Responsible for expanding revenue within targeted clients, focusing on driving client value through a deep understanding of each client's business needs and issues
Expand relationships within targeted clients to uncover incremental new revenue opportunities by partnering with Solutions and Business Development teams
Review usage gaps and expansion opportunities alongside internal stakeholders
Lead and coordinate resources for client-facing business reviews, including coordinating and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews where applicable
Facilitate both client-facing and internal sales meetings, ensuring appropriate resource participation
Coordinate all internal resources necessary to ensure client issues, including service, billing, technical, and delivery matters, are resolved efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with Industry Executives and matrix partners to drive adoption of new product opportunities
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors specific to our sectors
Maintain meeting notes, renewal forecasts, legal documentation, and client contact information in Salesforce for the assigned client base
Essential Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferably business related
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably related to fraud prevention, SaaS, ID/Device verification services, IT services to sectors such as banks, financial services, fintech, digital banks or similar.
Solid and demonstrable experience across the Iberia region, especially within the Portuguese market in similar roles and industries
Extensive consulting selling experience with strong ability to identify client's critical business issues and aligned solutions that solve their problems.
Ability to communicate business cases and value propositions of solutions.
Proven sales/business development track record.
A strong client network is preferred.
Able to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external).
Ability to communicate and present at all levels including senior management.
Accustomed to negotiating deals with a long closing period.
Ability to travel up to 50% - 75%.
Languages: Portuguese native speaker. Fluent Spanish and English.
