Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas, serving as the primary finance partner to 3+ C-level executives and their leadership teams on resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term planning.
Drive the vision for how Finance partners with the business by identifying and implementing new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvements.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, setting clear performance expectations and building a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance leadership to align on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and strategic priorities.
Shape company-wide investment decisions by building financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases that inform executive decision-making.
Execute regular financial reporting and variance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and the CFO's office.
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a combination of these roles (investment banking experience counts), with a significant portion spent in leadership roles at high-growth, public technology companies.
At least 2 years of direct people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing finance professionals.
Demonstrated success as a strategic partner to C-level executives, with specific examples of influencing company-level strategy, resource allocation, or investment decisions.
Proven ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models that drive executive decision-making across multiple functional areas.
Proficiency in SQL or other advanced analytical tools, with experience using financial planning systems (Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar) to support forecasting and reporting.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

$201,365 - $236,900 USD
