Education : A high school diploma (preferred: technical certificate or some related training/experience)
Experience & Abilities: 1 year administrative/clerical experience with Feed Mill operation or related experience preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.

Comfort managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to work overtime, weekends, (Saturdays), and holidays.
Typical Schedule for this position is 6:00 am - 2:30 pm but can vary depending on production and trucking needs.
Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft skills; Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. (formatting, printing, simple formulas)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized team member to support our Feed mill operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly by preparing accurate schedules, documenting, and reports. You'll also help identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with the feed mill teams, supervisors, and schedulers.

-Prepare and review daily production job packets to ensure accuracy
-Monitor and reconcile inventory levels (raw materials, ingredients, packaging)
-Answer questions and help resolve issues related to production data, recipes, and transactions
-Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports within set deadlines
-Enter and manage data in systems such as Excel
-Maintain production databases and ensure data accuracy
-Collaborate with the scheduler to adjust and distribute daily production schedules
-Partner with supervisors and act as a point of support when needed
-Spend time in the mill to better understand workflows and improve processes
-Keep records organized and up to date
Jump in to support teammates and other administrative tasks as needed
