As 3PL Network Operations Manager you are accountable for end-to-end operational performance and process ownership of the North America warehousing and distribution network, including oversight of all third-party logistics (3PL) providers. You will own the standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of warehouse and distribution processes across all 3PL partners, ensuring a transition from a people dependent to a process driven operating model. You will ensure the network delivers safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective warehouse and distribution services while improving inventory accuracy, order execution quality, productivity, and working capital performance. You are required to establish standardized warehouse operating procedures, drives performance governance with 3PL partners, and lead capacity planning (space and labor) to support seasonal demand and operational growth. You will report to the North America Logistics Director and partner closely with Plant Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance.
