Within the Southern Europe team (15 people) and reporting directly to the Senior Manager Performance Management & Controlling, your main responsibilities are as follows:You act as a true business partner in the operational management of the shopping centers within your portfolio: you advise, challenge, and proactively provide relevant analyses and ideas.
You work closely with operational teams and accounting on routine processes such as closing, forecasting, rolling forecasts, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring the rigor, transparency, and relevance required to manage a P&L (NRI and CAPEX).
In addition to your asset portfolio, you will independently manage cross-functional ad hoc processes/analyses (from production to presentation to top management).
You contribute to driving change by proposing improvements to processes or IT tools, with a focus on simplifying and automating daily work.
You will collaborate with the Spain Shopping Centers management teams, as well as operational teams (investment management, leasing), accounting, and Group controlling.
🚩 You are the right person for this position if :
You have a degree from a business school or an equivalent university qualification, with a specialization in finance, audit, management control, or real estate.
You have initial experience of 1 to 2 years (including internships and apprenticeships) in finance (management control, audit, valuation, etc.).
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in English.
You are proficient with IT tools (e.g., Dynamics, SAP BPC, SAP BusinessObjects, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, etc.) and are comfortable using reporting tools.
You are curious and able to propose innovative and pragmatic action plans.
You are consistently proactive and persuasive with your stakeholders, both internal and external.
You have strong interpersonal skills and solid negotiation abilities.
