We are currently looking for our: Talent Development Manager, Group. 🚩 What will your day-to-day life be like? The Group Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the Group's talent development strategy. This includes leading performance processes, driving succession planning, identifying and developing top talent, and ensuring that employees have the tools, feedback, and learning opportunities needed to grow and perform at their best. The person in this role builds strong trust-based partnerships with regional HR Business Partners, business leaders, and the Group's senior management to strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate organizational capability, and support a high-performance culture. In addition, the Talent Development Manager fosters meaningful, ongoing connections with our talent to ensure engagement, growth, support, and long‑term development. Key Projects: 1. People Performance Management Lead the annual objective-setting cycle , ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency across teams. Manage the full 360º feedback campaign , from design and communication to execution and insights delivery. Design, coordinate and facilitate the Annual Review process , including preparation materials, guidance to managers, and Group review and calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness. Analyze performance data to generate insights that inform development priorities and organizational capability needs. Continuously review and improve all performance and talent processes, ensuring they remain relevant, meaningful, user-friendly, and simplified . 2. Group Succession Planning Lead the Group's succession planning cycle , ensuring strong and diverse talent pipelines for critical roles. Facilitate calibration sessions with leaders to assess readiness, potential, and development needs. Create talent heatmaps, risk analyses, and succession dashboards for senior leadership decision-making. Partner with regional HRBPs and managers to design individual development plans (IDPs) for successors and emerging leaders, and support progress of successors and ensure development actions are regularly reviewed and updated. 3. Top Talent Programs & Leadership Development Design and roll out the Group's top talent identification framework, ensuring consistency and objectivity. Create, customize, and deploy tailor-made development programs for identified top talent and high-potential employees. Design and manage full experience: learning journey, communications, stakeholder alignment, logistics, coaching, etc. Continuously evaluate program impact and implement improvements based on feedback and business needs. 🚩 Why join us? Background You have a degree in a top University or Business School, with a specialization in HR or business administration. You have at least 5+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or similar People roles. You have experience managing performance cycles, running 360 feedback processes, delivering talent analytics, and a track record in designing and managing talent programs. Skills & Competencies You have a genuine passion for people and a strong desire to support their growth, providing consistent follow‑up and encouragement to help them succeed.
