Analysis of monthly financial results vs. forecast, AOP, and prior year; provide management with insight on current and forward-looking results
Monitor and review applicable financial reports prepared by the GA&I team
Ensure predictability of results by driving AOP and quarterly forecasting processes
Review, provide feedback, and approve the financial aspects of project proposals
Partnership with Lean team to analyze, assess, and recommend productivity opportunities
Analyze and provide feedback on labor pool, labor rates, and important resource use metrics
Educate business teams on financial topics
Develop annual frontlog margin targets
Supply analysis, common business sense, and broad thinking to drive the business forward
Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization in all areas of the role
Work on any special projects as assigned by the AMR leadership team or Lifecyle Services Finance Manager
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Typically requires 8 years related accounting/finance experience
Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, and IFS 7.5
Understanding of different types of revenue recognition methodologies (time-based, percentage of completion)
Knowledge of command of US GAAP, income statement, and balance sheet
Experience working across departments to gather relevant data
CPA or MBA

Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst II -Asset Management & Reliability (AMR), is a direct report to the Lifecycle Services NA Finance Manager. You will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, oversight of internal controls, process improvements, and business decision support for the AMR business. You will have financial management responsibility for the full NA AMR P&L. You will work with the AMR business team, the Global Analytics and Insight (GA&I) team, and the Lifecycle Services finance team to lead improved financial results and better business decision support.
