o Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Technology, Business Management or related field
o Minimum 7 years of experience leading technology projects, including cross-functional leadership
o Proven experience leading complex technology, and/or new product development projects
o Experience working within a regulated environment, etc.
o Strong knowledge of stage-gate project management methodologies
o Experience with project governance, including leader meetings, sponsor meetings, team meetings, and status reporting
o Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
o Strong background in budget tracking, resource planning, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Microsoft Project preferred
o Ability to train, coach, and mentor project managers while supporting PMO and portfolio management improvements
o Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
o Ability to work independently with limited direction while remaining adaptable to changing priorities
o Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in quality- and compliance-driven
