Own all diary management across multiple time zones, ensuring the team is prepared and briefed for every meeting
Coordinate all travel and logistics for the regional executive team in collaboration with Travel and Facilities
Monitor and respond to internal and external correspondence, managing approvals, deliverables, and follow-ups
Compose correspondence, create presentations and reports, and maintain meeting minutes and action logs
Act as a VIP point of contact for visiting managers to our Cham office
Arrange speaking engagements, conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events; lead ad-hoc projects as directed
Process and track expenses, manage corporate documents, and provide ad hoc cover for Travel and Facilities
Requirements
Proven EA/PA experience at senior level, ideally in a global corporate organisation
Exceptional time management and organisational skills; able to prioritise under pressure
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency
High level of integrity, professionalism, tact, and diplomacy - trustworthy and discreet
Strong written and verbal English; excellent attention to detail
Highly proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential
Good understanding of world geography, time zones, and international cultures
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating at all levels internally and externally
