Must be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
The Admissions Application Review Specialist position is a seasonal work-from-home, part-time, temporary position that is non-benefits eligible for the period of August 1, 2026, thru January 31, 2027. Specialists are required to participate in several paid online training sessions to be scheduled August through early September. Specialists must be certified by training staff as adequately prepared to holistically review undergraduate applications. After training is complete and specialists are certified to review applications, all hires must be available to work between 15 to 19 hours per week (approximately 75-120 files per week) starting mid-September 2026 including during holiday weeks through the end of January, when enough work is available . 15-19 hours per week are not guaranteed. Actual hours will be dependent on the amount of work available and will vary throughout the application review cycle.

Admissions Application Review Specialists may not be the parent, guardian, or immediate family member of a junior or senior high school student.
Concurrent volunteer or professional roles related to college recruiting and/or counseling on the undergraduate college admissions process (excludes previous roles and experience).
Cannot reside in Colorado or country outside of the United States.
Cannot be employed at another Texas state agency.
