Requirements
Required:
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years of professional experience acting as technical analyst within a Salesforce development team.
Deep knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, especially within the Sales and Service cloud offerings
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with analyzing data via query languages, such as SQL and SOQL
Experience updating Salesforce data leveraging tools such as Validity Demand Tools
Results-driven with a passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
Ability to create comprehensive requirements stories and documents for technical teams
Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
Understanding of financial markets and financial instruments, especially within the B2B sector.

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$105,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$120,000.00 - $205,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Role Summary
