Proactive Communication: Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams via email, providing updates and resolving inquiries professionally.
Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive customer and company information at all times.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements through the Continuous Improvement initiative.
Requirements
Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is an advantage.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer and internal interactions professionally.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
