1-3 years of recruiting or sales experience is preferred
College Degree is preferred
Professional experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Data Entry
Professional experience with Social Media marketing and outreach is a plus

Expectations:
Sourcing, screening, and conducting phone interviews on a daily basis
Be prepared for daily meetings with the Recruiting Manager and or/Recruiter to discuss goals and the candidate pipeline
Ensure full lifecycle requisition management using our ATS (Workday)
Send an updated recruiting tracking report by EOD every Friday
Updating current headcounts and upcoming new hire numbers on a regular basis
Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts
Pre-hire candidate check- in (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation
Prioritizing "urgent items" - appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customers
