The People Programs Coordinator helps bring the employee experience to life at Sonos. Working across People Experience & Programs, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition, this role supports meaningful initiatives that help employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected throughout their time at Sonos.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a broad foundation in Human Resources and exposure across the company. You'll be involved across multiple areas of the People function while supporting programs that impact all employees. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, highly organized, and energized by learning new things and working with people across Sonos.
Responsibilities
Partner across People Experience & Programs, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to help deliver a positive employee experience
Support and coordinate ongoing programs, including onboarding and offboarding, anniversary awards, and performance processes
Manage communications, scheduling, tracking, documentation, and other operational activities that keep People programs running smoothly
Build strong cross-functional relationships and business context, serving as a responsive and approachable partner to employees and stakeholders across the organization
Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders supporting People programs and initiatives
Partner with HRIS and systems teams to help make people processes and reporting simple and easy to use
Explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, streamline processes, and create scalable resources for employees and stakeholders
Jump into new projects and evolving team priorities with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, customer-facing, or similar role
Quick learner comfortable picking up new tools, systems, and processes with minimal direction
Highly organized and adaptable, with a track record of managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities effectively
Strong communicator with natural presence and charisma, comfortable building relationships and working with people at all levels of the organization
Curious and proactive with a practical, get-things-done mentality
Interest in building a career in Human Resources or People Operations
Experience supporting programs, events, or operational processes across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with HR systems and tools, including HRIS platforms and Google Workspace

The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is:
$75,000 and $93,600

Location
This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston office location and should expect to be in office a minimum of 3 days per week.
