Environment, Health, and Safety Coordinator

About the role

In this role, you will support and help lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplace. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining safety programs, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards. You will work closely with leadership and employees across all shifts to identify risks, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Your work will directly support employee well-being by helping prevent injuries, maintaining accurate safety documentation, and assisting in emergency preparedness and response efforts. This position also provides opportunities to expand your impact through involvement in ISO leadership, safety committees, audits, and cross-functional collaboration as you help strengthen the organization's overall safety culture.
