The GSE Supervisor is responsible for providing and supervising maintenance support for aviation ground service equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide prompt response to equipment service requests, including, but not limited to servicing vehicles & belt loaders (unleaded, diesel, and propane engines), lavatory service trucks, air conditioner carts, ground power units, and more.
Understanding Preventative Maintenance Programs and required documentation.
Complete equipment repairs through a disciplined work schedule.
Comply with established company safety policies and procedures.
Understanding of applicable Company purchasing policies to receive parts.
Ensure the security of supplies and equipment.
Ability to work within the local station maintenance budget.
Exhibit good communication skills.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance related to GSE maintenance within the region.
Set up equipment shipments and monitor deliveries.

Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.
Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 32kg.
Must be able to lift heavy objects overhead for extended periods of time.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a provincial technician license.
Must possess an adequate set of mechanical tools.
Must possess a valid driver's license and provide a clean driver's abstract.
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 10 years of employment, criminal record, and residence history.
