Details: Vanguard Capital Management (VCM) is seeking an analyst to join our Investment Stewardship team. This role supports long‑term investor value by participating in company research and proxy voting and contributing to engagement with portfolio companies on corporate governance matters. As an Analyst, you will analyze governance risks, develop proxy voting recommendations in line with VCM funds' guidelines, and support engagement with company boards and executives. You will work closely with internal partners and contribute to initiatives to improve governance outcomes and reduce risk across our funds.
