Your main tasks
You plan expansions and redesigns of work areas or entire production buildings in detail and develop creative, goal‑oriented, and efficient solutions.
You further develop methodologies, standardize processes, and implement best practices.
You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and are well connected within the global competence network.
You prepare and present decision documents and KPIs for different stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
You hold a successfully completed technical degree, ideally with a focus on production, factory planning, or related fields.
You have experience in a manufacturing environment and ideally understand the typical challenges of production planning.
You bring methodological expertise and apply it in a targeted manner, for example from Lean Management.
You have experience leading projects and working with different stakeholders - you know how to request information effectively, bring together diverse perspectives, and create joint solutions.
You speak German and English fluently.
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with specialized planning tools and CAD applications.
