Rewards & Performance Management: Monitor dealer performance against program criteria and support the calculation and distribution of rewards, rebates, and incentives based on predefined rules.
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain process documentation, recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy, and partner with marketing, sales, DOS, and Financial Services teams to support program execution and communication.
Customer Support & Escalation Management: Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, order coordination, account and program updates, and issue resolution.
