Your mission: As an HR Business Partner, you will ensure professional and compliant HR work in the scope of the Walter Sales Region in Germany. Included in your mission is to: Partner closely with the business to translate strategy into a meaningful and impactful people strategy and agenda Drive and implement people-focused initiatives across the entire employee journey, enhancing the employee experience Support and coach leaders in building strong teams, on organizational development, leading through change, and addressing people-related topics Champion a culture of trust, fairness and inclusion, ensuring all HR practices are in line with local legislation and company policies Lead and collaborate with HR teams and expert functions to empower people and enable business performance Your profile: Academic degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field Several years of HR management experience, ideally in an international matrix organization Strong expertise in German labour law, collective (bargaining) agreements and HR compliance Experience in change management and stakeholder management Strategic, structured, analytical, hands-on, and proactive working style with good communication skills Fluent in German and English
