A Day in the Life of the Sr Wholesale Offer Manager: The Offer Management team is responsible for both identifying and delivering solutions to meet the complex needs of our Wholesale customers. This includes receiving incoming quotes and orders from Wholesale partners . Evaluat ing incoming opportunities and preparing complex proposals . Engage with boundary par tners to ensure efficiencies . Enhance partnerships with the carrier clients and understand their needs while promoting Astound's products . Enhance the partner's experience at every interaction.
Analyze complex issues and use sound judgment and experience to develop financially sound solutions
Use f inancial modeling tools and understand complex financial and business strategies to promote sales attainment goals, while pr omoting the best interests of the company
Independently perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production and coordination for various sales/business development efforts
Collaborate with National Sales Managers on proposal efforts and deliverables including win strategy development and executing sales strategies to drive customer demand
Work with technical teams to develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills.
Use communication and negotiation skills to e xecute sales strategies to drive customer demand.
Business development - provide training and ongoing training of Astounds capabilities to partners
Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, pricing, etc.
Supports others within the Wholesale team along with boundary partners in engineering, implementation and account management to achieve customer satisfaction from pre - sales through post-sale s.
Ability to handle escalations and find solutions when there are challenging circumstances.
Up to date reporting in various CRM sy stem s for all opportunities.

What you bring to the table:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education a nd relevant experience
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of telecommunications experience in Enterprise , Carrier or Wholesale Channels
Minimum 5 Years of strategic pricing or business analyst experience
Customer centric
Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills
Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results
Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, and customers
Detail, quality, and timeline-oriented
