Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree or PM/innovation certification is an advantage.
5+ years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, or project management, with proven exposure to process improvement or system implementation initiatives.
Experience in Hybris & NERP preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and diverse stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into crisp, decision-ready updates for senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate interface errors across multiple systems
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of innovation and system enhancement projects - from ideation through go-live - ensuring scope, quality, and committed timelines are met across concurrent initiatives.
Translate business requirements into structured specifications and collaborate with IT and vendors to design, implement, and validate scalable digital solutions.
Own and maintain a central execution tracker, risk register, and project documentation as the single source of truth across all initiatives.
Conduct data analysis, define KPIs, and monitor performance metrics to surface improvement opportunities and inform prioritisation decisions.
Design and enforce standardised intake processes and SOPs for system enhancements and issue management, including lead times and escalation protocols.
Prepare and distribute structured stakeholder updates - weekly status reports, newsletters, and risk flags - to maintain visibility and drive timely decisions.
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and ceremonies to resolve trade-offs, secure decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Proactively identify blockers and root causes, propose actionable solutions, and champion a culture of continuous improvement in how change is delivered.
