Implement strategic prospecting campaigns with target businesses, using outreach mechanisms like personalized email, marketing automation, outbound calling, and LinkedIn
Attend tradeshows and other niche industry events to source opportunities and present feedback on market opportunities
Arrange and participate in introductory meetings between interested business owners and our M&A team
Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and value of being acquired by Volaris Group
Stay up to date on trends in software/technology and in the vertical markets we serve
Grow and maintain Volaris Group's proprietary Salesforce database
Achieve monthly and annual opportunity growth goals
Requirements
1-3 years of professional experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Strong performance in an undergraduate degree
(preferably business, marketing, finance, economics, or communications)
Energetic, personable, and results-oriented
Confident self-starter with an ability to take initiative and problem solve
Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Able to build relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
