In this role, you will work closely with academic staff and stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve eLearning solutions that empower teaching excellence and support transformative learning outcomes across the Faculty . Key responsibilities will include: Provide expert advice to academic staff on the effective use of eLearning and eAssessment tools to drive engaging and high-quality online and blended learning experiences. Design and deliver workshops, resources and training to build capability in educational technologies and contemporary teaching practices. Identify , evaluate and promote innovative digital solutions that enhance student learning and improve the delivery of teaching. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Faculty and central teams to coordinate eLearning projects, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement. About You Our ideal candidate will be an inquisitive and collaborative professional with a passion for enhancing education through technology. You will bring: A degree with subsequent relevant experience in education, learning design, instructional design or a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Demonstrated experience supporting academic staff in the use of educational technologies and learning management systems. Strong technical knowledge of established and emerging digital learning tools and platforms. Proven ability to design and deliver training, workshops and learning resources tailored to diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and engaging guidance. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
