Who we're looking for Toyota's Motor North America (TMNA) Paint Production Engineering Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Engineer for Resin Parts and Jig Development. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the design of bumper/body jigs for the painting processes and function as liaison between design and manufacturing projects throughout all Toyota's North American Paint Manufacturing Shops. As lead, this role is responsible to ensure safety, quality, productivity and cost all meet design targets. Reporting to the Manager, the person in this role will support the Paint Engineering department's objective to provide new model processes to manufacturing facilities that meet Paint Standard, Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.
