Seated position at a busy OHO clinic lobby information desk although the position can involve walking and giving lunches and breaks
Must have-have dose of empathy/compassion-greets incoming patients and visitors who have clinic appointments and procedures
Daily responsibilities: giving patient information using EPIC software, calling for wheelchair/transport assistance, answering phone calls from clinics as well as answering wheelchair transport line-a lot of multi-tasking
Greet and guide patients and answer questions
