Prepare and update investor presentations and reporting materials, including: quarterly and interim materials, roadshow decks, and ad hoc management slides - ensuring consistency, accuracy and high quality
Create clear charts and visuals in Excel and translate financial data into presentation-ready formats
Assist in developing Q&A documents, briefing materials and supporting analysis for earnings releases and investor interactions
Support responses to investor and analyst questions by gathering, structuring and validating internal input
Contribute to preparation for investor meetings, conferences and roadshows, including materials and background analysis
Monitor market performance, developments and news flow, and prepare concise internal summaries and a ssist with shareholder analysis and data updates
Support AGM, CMD and other investor events, including preparation of materials and coordination of inputs
Maintain and update investor materials, factsheets, investor kit and website content
Support the use of IR tools, databases and external providers
Act as a key support within the IR team, helping ensure high-quality output across all deliverables.
Your location can be either in our newly renovated office in Sickla, Sweden or our new head office building in Helsinki, Finland. We apply hybrid working ways working onsite half of the working time.
Who we are looking for
2-5 years of relevant experience ( e.g. investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, FP&A, consulting)
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Good understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics
High attention to detail and structured way of working
Clear and concise communication style
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, especially during reporting cycles
