Our medical staff includes over 500 providers from Foundation Medical Partners, and local practices. Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group, spans 70+ practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands each year. As a Registered Nurse Ambulatory, you'll provide professional nursing care across our Foundation practices, including float pool support. Working collaboratively with providers and the care team, you will deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care both in-person and through telephone triage and telehealth modalities.
