Assist with building and strengthening customer relations with fans of Texas Athletics
Assist with customers on gameday with ticket resolution and gameday ticket office duties as needed.
Assist with programming, charging, and placing ticketing pedestal and handheld scanner placement for athletics events.
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Must be available for varied hours including but not limited to - evenings, and weekends
Must have computer skills and experience
Demonstrate ability to take and accurately follow instructions
Must be able to maintain a friendly, service attitude at all times.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Requirements
Previous work experience in ticketing operations
Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system a plus
Salary Range
$15/hour+ depending on qualifications and experience
Working Conditions
Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
Use of manual dexterity
Climbing of stairs
Work Shift
