Job Summary You will shape how the organization communicates, translating complexity into clear, credible messaging that resonates from leadership to teams across the business. In this role, you'll lead high-impact communications projects, partnering with executives, Directors, and cross-functional teams to shape strategies and deliver messaging that informs, connects, and drives alignment. Working across both corporate functions and operational teams, you'll turn business priorities and processes into clear, meaningful communications. You'll manage multiple priorities at once, bringing structure, sound judgment, and strong organization to your work-while building relationships across the business and seeing your work come to life through communications that inform, connect, and influence how people think, act, and engage. Principal Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic communications plans aligned with business priorities and enterprise initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support communications tied to change initiatives, employee engagement, and transformation efforts. Create and deliver a range of high-quality communications, including announcements, executive messaging, presentations, digital content, and supporting materials. Support executive communications by crafting clear, consistent messaging that reflects leadership voice and reinforces strategic direction. Manage multiple communications projects and timelines, ensuring alignment, consistency, and timely delivery. Establish and maintain content standards, editorial practices, and communication guidelines to support quality and consistency. Monitor and assess communication effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve messaging and approach Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or post-graduate certificate in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in a communications or writing-focused role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to tone, voice, and context, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and situations Solid understanding of grammar and Canadian Press Style guidelines. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset. The compensation for this position is between $70,800 and $88,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications .
