You're hands-on and confident working across Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, APIs, and asynchronous processing. You don't just build solutions-you design them thoughtfully, ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Solution design. You translate business needs into well-architected solutions. Whether it's defining data models, automation strategies, integrations, or security frameworks, you think holistically about how everything connects-and how it will scale. Integration mindset. You've designed and supported complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems like ERP, billing, marketing automation, and customer success platforms. You're familiar with middleware tools like Workato, MuleSoft, or similar, and understand how to establish reliable, efficient data flows. Ownership & leadership. You take end-to-end ownership of your work. You lead technical design discussions, provide clear guidance, and mentor others on best practices. You've worked within structured Salesforce DevOps environments, including CI/CD, source control, release management, and sandbox strategies. You help define and enforce development standards that improve quality and consistency across the platform. Here's what will give you an edge... Quote-to-Cash experience. You can balance short-term needs with long-term scalability, minimizing technical debt while enabling business speed. Quality oriented. You take pride in building clean, maintainable solutions. You implement processes-like code reviews and testing practices-that ensure reliability and reduce defects in production. Resourceful & collaborative. You're not afraid to dig in, ask questions, and find answers. You partner effectively across teams and bring others along with you, helping elevate the overall technical maturity of the organization.
