About the role

As the Indirect Tax Compliance Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Everpure's global financial integrity across more than 30 countries and 65 VAT/GST registrations. Responsibilities

Own Global Compliance Delivery: Coordinate and prepare end-to-end indirect tax reporting for approximately 65 VAT/GST registrations, partnering with external advisors to ensure accurate, timely submissions across all jurisdictions.

Drive Financial Integrity: Execute robust VAT/GST reconciliations, return workpapers, and accounting entries to minimize audit risks and maintain total accuracy across Everpure US and its global affiliates.

Champion Digital Transformation: Identify, test, and implement approved AI and data automation tools (such as Alteryx or advanced ERP configurations) to streamline high-volume data review and scale recurring tax processes.

Enable Business Growth: Provide strategic indirect tax guidance on new product launches, international invoicing flows, and system modifications to ensure seamless compliance from day one.

Manage Audit & Authority Relations: Lead the preparation of documentation and technical responses for indirect tax audits and customs queries, effectively mitigating potential financial exposure.

Oversee Fiscal Health & Governance: Maintain and optimize global compliance calendars, tracking filing deadlines, tax payments, and outstanding balances to ensure zero operational disruptions.

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven Indirect Tax Expertise: At least 4 years of dedicated global VAT/GST compliance experience, ideally blending insights from a Big 4/law firm background with corporate in-house exposure.

Cross-Border Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax principles, including electronically supplied services, reverse charges, intra-community transactions, and customs.

Data & Tech Fluency: Advanced Excel capabilities and a proven track record of manipulating complex, large-scale data sets, with a strong professional interest in leveraging AI tools for process optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex tax requirements into actionable insights for IT, Legal, and Finance teams globally.

Global Mindset & Agility: The organizational agility to manage competing international deadlines independently, including the flexibility to occasionally align with global teams across different time zones.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
