Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 1-5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding practices and logistics operations.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and drive growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
