About the role
The Faculty of Medicine and Health is looking for an Education Support Officer (Clinical) to support the provision of a broad range of educational support services to academic and teaching staff, in the management of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program. Your key responsibilities will be to: coordinate and provide administrative support for clinical teaching including the recruitment, engagement and ongoing relationship management with paid and non-paid clinical tutors and supervisors, including timetabling and logistical management (including booking and preparation of teaching spaces) of the tutor base. liaise with and build strong relationships with key staff and relevant stakeholders, including staff, academics, and clinicians from the LHD. logistical support of clinical and knowledge-based assessments within the medical program provide an exceptional student experience that fosters a positive learning environment, cultivates student success, and promotes a sense of inclusivity and belonging within the medical program and university.
