About the role
We are looking for a passionate Service Designer or Product Designer with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX) who can seize opportunities for enhancing user experience and business efficacy. Strong portfolio showcasing your successful service design implementation. Ideally, you'll also have Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French). Knowledge of User Research, Usability Testing, and Analytics. Knowledge of product management and customer experience Experience in working with prototyping tools and graphical software.
