As an HR Manager at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement, supporting HR operations, and ensuring compliance across the plant. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and strategic decision-making skills, and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to talent development, workforce planning, and positive employee relations. You will collaborate with plant leadership, HR colleagues, union committees, and teammates, ensuring HR programs and policies are effectively implemented and that employee relations and engagement are maintained. This is an on-site role located in Rochelle, IL.
