Key Responsibilities include: Lecturing, teaching, assessing and marking Bachelor of Community Services students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and assessments. Teaching lecture and tutorial classes. Engage in teaching evaluations, maintaining professional development and pursuing new teaching methodologies and strategies. Provide timely, comprehensive marking and feedback to students on all unit learning outcomes. Identify and monitor students who are at risk of failing and organise necessary student support efforts for the students. Respond to student emails and queries at a timely manner. Maintain high professional and ethical conduct, including high standards of self- management, resilience and collaborative behaviours. About You Post Graduate qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Counselling, or closely related fields 2+ years of industry experience in the Community Services sector.
