What You Will Do as a Distribution Supervisor: Responsible for supervising assigned associates in the Distribution Center on the 1st shift to achieve maximum production, quality, and cost control. Duties include monitoring the flow of production, providing training and counseling, resolving issues, creating production reports, and tracking attendance. Responsible for ensuring safety standards, quality of work, and company policies are maintained, all while processing assigned orders within the shipping requirements. Support all internal and external customers by meeting all service requirements and expectations. Communicate with all levels of personnel and will be trained on several different tasks in the department to fill in where needed. HOURS : 1st shift: - 6:00 AM -2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Three years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred. Previous supervisor experience preferred. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word). Strong communication skills (oral, written - fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills. High attention to detail and quality, and able to flourish in a fast- paced environment. Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work overtime, and/or weekends if needed.
