Partner with Content teams to amplify major launches and tentpole moments
Use data and segmentation to target the right message to the right customer at the right time
Develop and run structured experimentation programs (A/B and multivariate testing) to optimize performance
Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and setup to analysis and insights
Monitor and report key metrics such as engagement, retention, churn, and conversion
Serve as the regional subject-matter expert for retention and engagement within the region
Ensure operational excellence through QA, deliverability, best practices, and performance optimization
Collaborate across global and regional teams to deliver complex, cross-market initiatives
What You Bring
5-7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing. Ideally in subscription, digital, or e-commerce businesses
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Braze strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, behavioral segmentation, and personalization strategies
Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
Experience running experimentation programs and interpreting results
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker) and comfort working with large datasets
Excellent stakeholder management skills across functions, regions, and time zones
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Exceptional written English and sensitivity to tone and audience for ANZ markets
Relevant platform certifications are a plus

Your New Role
Join Warner Bros. Discovery at a pivotal moment as we scale our direct-to-consumer streaming business, HBO Max, across APAC. This is a high-impact role at the heart of subscriber retention, shaping how millions of customers discover, engage with, and stay loyal to our world-class content.
You will own end-to-end retention and engagement marketing across the customer lifecycle, designing data-driven programs that increase usage, reduce churn, and grow lifetime value. Working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Content, and Regional Marketing teams, you'll turn insights into action and play a key role in delivering a best-in-class streaming experience.
