A bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science.
Significant progress with actuarial exams (at least 7 actuarial papers)
Minimum 6 years' actuarial experience.
Demonstrable experience developing and managing teams.
Strong technical modelling capability - experience with actuarial modelling software e.g. Prophet, AXIS, or equivalent and competence in programming for analytics (VBA, R, Python or similar).
Proven ability to produce audit‑quality reports and clear, persuasive presentations for senior stakeholders.
Practical experience improving engagement effectiveness and efficiency (process improvements, standard templates, automation or tooling).
Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
