Property Operations : Oversee day‑to‑day building functions, inspections, safety compliance, and upkeep. Ensuring readiness of the property for sale (active participation in DD preparations and processes).
Familiarity with leasing laws, fair housing rules, and safety standards.
Ability to manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and control operating costs.
Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Anaplan, various ESG reporting tools), and Excel
Ability to manage multiple properties across Poland, tasks, and deadlines, teamwork skills.
Fluency in English

Marq Logistics is seeking a Property Manager to lead the management of its industrial portfolio across Poland. This role carries broad responsibility across lease management for multi‑tenanted assets, property operations, budgeting and oversight of operational and capital expenditure, tenant relationship management, and coordination of maintenance activities. The portfolio spans key logistics hubs including Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań and Lublin, with continued growth expected.
