About the role

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on building scalable, performant, and maintainable web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem. Requirements

10+ years of experience in front-end web development

Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue

Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives

Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures

Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems

Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization

Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures

Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability

Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability

Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Experience working with content management systems and web platforms including Contentful , Webflow , HubSpot , WordPress , and Wix

Experience working with Figma , design systems , and developer handoff workflows to translate designs into scalable, reusable front-end experiences

Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments

Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms

Experience integrating analytics, personalization, experimentation, or marketing automation platforms

Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices

Experience contributing to scalable documentation and development standards
