WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US, Lead Service Delivery Technical Consultants are skilled professionals who form part of our SaaS Operations team delivering services to our clients. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and to all aspects of service delivery around SimCorp Dimension. Lead Service Delivery Technical Consultants support our clients by providing solutions and deploying services related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension. They work closely with local and global teams within SimCorp. In this key role you will work in APAC/EMEA shift to provide support & solutions to overcome issues encountered by the customer and to optimise usage of the systems for them. What you will be responsible for You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and ensure and maintain the relationship. Analyse problems and issues which occur in the solutions and the system operations of SimCorp services at clients' production environment on a wide range of topics independently to provide convincing and timely solutions to our client within agreed SLAs Advise and service our client users independently on configuration maintenance and enhancement by providing solutions related to the usage of SimCorp services and beyond to ensure that the client uses SimCorp services in an optimal, future-oriented way Co-operate closely with other professionals within SimCorp on a global level by way of specialist roles to share knowledge and ensure efficient solutions for the client You will be required to work on APAC/EMEA shift. Weekend/Public Holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion. What we value A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science. Knowledge in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical Extensive experience in SQL, BI (Business Intelligence) and Data Warehousing tools. Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience within asset management, funds management or custodian. Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions You are good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time. Proactive nature, service-minded and a natural desire for problem solving, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a time-sensitive situation Other requirements APAC / EMEA shift hours (May change depending on business needs) Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office)
