Own and drive the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through closing, with a strong focus on services and contract sales;
Engage customers through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, building relationships and identifying sales opportunities;
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities and opportunities;
Create and deliver compelling proposals, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize deal value;
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning tailored solutions;
Acquire new customers while expanding and retaining existing accounts, increasing recurring revenue and customer lifetime value;
Leverage digital sales channels (phone, email, web platforms) to drive efficient deal execution;
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and field sales teams to maximize pipeline generation and conversion;
Maintain accurate forecasting and consistently deliver against sales targets;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields;
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory);
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or solution-based selling, preferably involving services and contract sales;
Previous experience in scientific, laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instrumentation markets is a strong plus;
Experience managing sales pipelines, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM platforms.
