Apprentice Maintenance Fitter

About the role

We have a rare opportunity for a 1st year or 2nd year Maintenance Apprentice, to join our supportive and experienced team at our Coopers Plains manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our production equipment and machinery. You'll gain hands-on experience across both planned maintenance activities and breakdown response, while working in a collaborative, continuous improvement environment. What you'll learn This apprenticeship will build on your existing training and provide valuable exposure to: Hydraulics and pneumatics Extrusion equipment Preventative and reactive maintenance practices Manufacturing plant systems and processes You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople who will mentor and support your development throughout your apprenticeship.
