Job Description: TA Consultant (GCF 5) Sun Life Talent Acquisition is a strategic partner to the business, helping attract, select and retain talent critical to growth. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and the Sun Life Ireland HR team, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles in Ireland while supporting our purpose to help Clients achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives. This role is designed for someone who combines strong recruiting execution with a people-first mindset, inclusive practices, digital curiosity and a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This role brings Sun Life's purpose of You will own and execute recruiting strategies, sourcing and delivery for assigned client groups, partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR to identify talent needs, move searches efficiently and deliver strong outcomes in a changing business environment. How you will contribute Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles, from intake through offer, with clear communication and timely follow-up. Partner with hiring leaders and HR to define role requirements, align on strategy and deliver strong, efficient hiring outcomes. Source, assess and present qualified talent for current and future business needs, with a focus on critical capabilities. Champion inclusive hiring practices and support a respectful, equitable recruiting process. Represent Sun Life's employee value proposition, culture and career opportunities in a clear and compelling way. Use recruiting tools, market insights and evolving technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making and the candidate experience. Manage agency and contractor relationships in line with local requirements and business needs. Support employer brand and recruiting communications across external and internal channels, including content needed for Ireland-specific compliance. What you will bring" Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruiting processes and talent market dynamics. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results with strong attention to detail. Credibility and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence partners and guide decisions. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Comfort working in ambiguity, adapting quickly and learning new approaches. Curiosity about technology and AI, and the ability to apply evolving tools to improve workflow and outcomes. Sound judgment, integrity and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Required experience and skills 3+ years of experience in a dynamic recruitment environment, in-house or agency.
