Job Description ACCIONA's Business Development Graduate Rotation Program is designed for recent graduates who are interested in building a career in renewable energy project development. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of renewable energy business development projects. Through structured rotations across key departments, participants will develop a broad understanding of how projects are originated, developed, engineered, and prepared for execution. The program is intended to prepare high-potential graduates for future roles as Project Developers or other positions within the business development function. Program Structure : Participants will complete rotations across key areas of the business development lifecycle over a one-year program, with each rotation lasting approximately 3-4 months. Land Securement Support the land securement and negotiation process with landowners Collaborate with GIS and technical teams Review land securement agreements and supporting documentation Assist in land due diligence and document management Permitting Participate in securing project permits and regulatory approvals Coordinate with local and national government authorities Learn permitting requirements, timelines, and critical compliance points Support the preparation and monitoring of permit documentation Project Engineering Gain exposure to the technical aspects of renewable energy development Learn about engineering requirements, project initial assessment, layouts, and resource planning Participate in technical discussions with utilities, consultants, and contractors Support the review of engineering outputs and project designs
